“Maiden Vermont” — the women’s barbershop chorus based in Middlebury, Vermont, and directed Vermont ACDA member Lindi Bortney — was selected to sing the Canadian national anthem and the Star Spangled Banner for the August 21, 2010 “Vermont Day” baseball game at Fenway (Red Sox vs Toronto Blue Jays).
