12:30 – 1:00 PM – Registration
1:00 – 2:30 PM – Rehearsal
2:30 – 2:40 PM – Break (or as needed)
2:40 – 4:00 PM – Rehearsal
4:00 – 4:10 PM – Break (or as needed)
4:10 – 5:00 PM – Rehearsal
5:00 – 6:30 PM – Dinner – $8.00 each; Directors are invited to dinner with Mr. Clark
6:30 – 8:00 PM – Rehearsal and logistics
8:00 PM –Ice cream social followed by dismissal with chaperones
Saturday, May 4
9:00 – 11:30 AM – Rehearsal (with breaks as needed)
11:30 – 12:00 – lunch ($7.00 each)
12:00 – 12:30 – Change into Concert Clothes
12:30 – 1:00 PM – Warm up and line up
1:00 – 1:45 – Concert at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church – Rutland, VT
Tickets are $6.00 for students and seniors; $8.00 for General Adult admission and $20.00 as a Family Maximum price for admission.
Choristers dismissed with chaperones following the concert.
