VT ACDA, NH ACDA, and The Choral Arts Foundation of the Upper Valley are hosting a summer conference August 9-10 2013 at Dartmouth College! August 9-10, 2013
The conference is for singers, directors, and all those interested in choral music.
• Tim Sharp, Keynote Speaker and Conference Choir Director!
* Performances by regional choirs
• Workshops for singers and conductors
* Participate in Conference Ensembles
• Reading sessions
• New repertoire
• Clinicians from across the United States
Workshop Cost: $45; Dormitory Housing: just $55
We are currently looking for additional workshop session proposals (see attached document) and choruses to perform. The session proposal form is due by March 1st.
THREE THINGS you can do right now:
1) SAVE THE DATE
2) help us build this exciting conference by proposing interest sessions (see attached form) and spreading the word to directors who might have a choir interested in performing. All types of choirs are welcome. Interested choirs should send an email to Dan Meerson (dcmeerson@gmail.com) with a recent recording attached.
3) pass on this information to anyone who might be interested in attending!
