The Vermont Boychoir to Hold Open Auditions in March and April
Vermont’s premier music education organization for boys!
Essex Junction, VT ~ Mark S. Railey, Founder & Artistic Director of the newly-formed Vermont Boychoir announces open auditions to be held in March and April.
The Vermont Boychoir builds excellence in choral music through inspiration, service, and performance. The new group is for males ages seven to 18 who love to sing, enjoy excellence and a challenge, and who want to be part of a team that represents Vermont in the boychoir world. It is for parents who believe that music education is important, who want unique performance and travel opportunities for their son(s), and who value poise, etiquette and confidence. Earlier composers wrote music specifically for boychoirs. Anyone who hears a well-trained boychoir, learns to recognize the hauntingly beautiful tones that musically educated boys can create.
Auditions will be held on Sundays, March 3rd, April 7th, and April 28th from 3:00 – 5:00 in the Fellowship Hall of the First Congregational Church of Essex Junction, 39 Main Street, Essex Junction, VT.
