Join us on Friday, October 5th at Castleton University for the annual fall music conference. This year’s headliner is Penelope Cruz, the ACDA Eastern Region’s President-Elect.

We are pleased to be providing the vocal/choral interest sessions this year, which feature Penelope Cruz on “Code-Switching for the Choral Conductor and Singer”, Danielle Carrier on “Transgender Inclusion in the Music Classroom”, Sandra Howard on “Choral Rehearsal Strategies for the Instrumental Teacher”, and Billy Ray Poli & Kristin Cimonetti on the “Male Changing Voice.” We will also be running a choral reading session at the end of the day featuring music for all ages and ability levels. This session will run in conjunction with the instrumental section and participants who teach both ensembles are encouraged to switch session at the mid-point break/ transition.
